Victoria Beckham offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that beauty products must be unopened with the seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
